I am not sure what has happened lately, but this office has gone downhill fast. I had issues with my renter's insurance "cancelling" because I moved, and they sent a cancellation letter to the wrong address. I also had issues with life insurance and several of my friends have had issues getting in contact with anyone at the office. At this point it seems easier to deal with the 1-800 people over this office. The only upside I've found is that their team member Mike seems to still at least want to help. Other than that, I would not recommend this office for your business."
